Delivery and returns

Our Take Your Time online store offers deliveries within Poland. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package and are provided before payment. We offer various delivery options, such as standard courier delivery or parcel locker delivery. After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of shipment and a link to track the package.

In the case of returns, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. The goods must be unused, in the original packaging, with a set of accessories. Please contact our customer service department for the returns procedure and instructions. The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are inconsistent with the order. After receiving and approval of the returned goods, we will refund the funds to your bank account or payment card within 14 days from the date of return.
